Staff help guests with all aspects of the employment process: self-education and training certifications to build your present skills and lucrativeness to employers, having appropriate interview clothes and hygiene supplies, mock practice interviews, creating resumes, creating letters of recommendation and finding others to do so, locating local job vacancies, making connections for guests to attend interviews and resource fairs, researching and obtaining the right paperwork for school admission and grant applications for GED completion, trade schools, and community college enrollment.
